Brilliant and simple.Would the effect of Office viruses and other viruses be contained in the limited space, which could be safely backed up to the admin space?

I’m not that familiar with Office document viruses. I think most relate to macros, and once again, these can’t affect the system or its installed programs as long as executed within a limited user account.

Not sure what you mean about “backed up to admin space”. Macros are embedded in the documents themselves, but do no harm unless the document is opened. Copying the document to an administrator account would not be harmful (or particularly helpful for that matter), but if/when the document was opened in an administrator account, it would be harmful to the system.
