The Carl’s Junior ads were a great disappointment to the founder of Carl’s, who was a conservative Catholic. But he no longer had control of the company and there was nothing he could do about them.

The add with Paris Hilton was counterproductive. She was washing a car in a bathing suit while eating a jalapeno burger.
All I could think about was Paris Hilton ripping loose some jalapeno farts and saying “That's Hot!”
