I thought she was great too.
Her band ‘Big Brother and the Holding Company’ was tight.
She died just about a year after I saw her perform.
The music Scene in Boston was amazing at the time. I used to frequent a very cool underground music venue where i saw all the great bands of the sixties, ironically named “The Tea Party” LOL!
