A good deal of generalization there. Some men are insecure, others are not and that has dashed little to do with whether they prefer one type of woman to another. Perhaps men feel more comfortable when allowed to actually be men and not made to feel as though there is something wrong with being unabashedly male?
As for “men don’t like rejection”, are you implying that there is something wrong with having an aversion to rejection? I don’t know many women who enjoy rejection either. Perhaps human beings, in general, tend not to be enamored with rejection.
This entire post is full of generalizations. Nobody like rejection, but men are expected to be the ones propositioning women, so men are more likely dealing with rejection. That is why I say it is understandable. Many people find "different" interesting. Women have the same attractions to different, but perhaps not to asians. I also think that "crazy" comes in all languages.
People that are different can be interesting and attractive in a healthy way. There is the ugly side of attraction, in that the attraction is purely physical and associated with porn. I get the impression there is A LOT of Asian porn out there.
Sorry boys but too many "men" have a very unhealthy addiction that will never allow for loving relationships. Porn is as damaging as meth, except you can remain seemingly functional for ever, but you can't detox your memories -EVER. The effect on a family is toxic. I've seen an otherwise decent man loose gorgeous and good wives and precious children, not just once, but twice in his lifetime. Now he's just broke, depressed, and alone.
