Average height of US women is only 2.5 inches more than Japanese . The WEIGHT is the big difference , almost 60 pounds ! And these women over here EAT ! They have a different metalbolism for sure and are generally more active . Here is a pic of my wife and I on the Big Island last year . She was 61 at the time .She eats twice as much as I and loves sweets !
