Germany played the best football in this World Cup tournament and surpassed every one’s expectations.
Mario Gotze delivered the goods tonight at the 113th minute in extra time.
Germany is a now a four time World Cup Champion. Only Brazil has won more titles.
They worked hard for this win and they deserve it.

Klinsi did a lot to build the German program into what it is now. He totally changed their style of play, Löw has continued what Klinsi started.

Doesn't Italy have four titles, too?
It's surprising to me that so few countries have won the WC. With France and Spain winning recently, I thought we were going to finally end the dominance of Germany, Brazil and Italy.
