I am sad that the Narnia franchise doesn’t seem to be continuing. I understand why somewhat because the second and third weren’t great films, and Dawn Treader in particular was awful. But I still wanted it to continue.

I would have loved to have seen more Guy Ritchie gangster films after the trilogy of Lock Stock, Snatch, and Rocknrolla, but I guess there’s more money in Sherlock Holmes sequels.

I know they’re doing a reboot with Tom Hardy but I definitely wanted more Mad Max films by Miller and Gibson. I also thought Apocalypto was a great film and wish Mel hadn’t suicide bombed his career.

I am thankful however that the film of Philip Pullman’s The Golden Compass was such a gigantic bomb that the franchise is fully dead.

There were 7 episodes of a Lock Stock tv show (including a pilot movie).
