I would give one general overall warning an hour before the first bomb is sent. The one and only warning an enemy would get. After that..........
This reminds me of General Curtis Lamay. After he discovered that the Japanese were defenseless against B-29’s flying at 10,000 feet he dropped leaflets over cities announcing the date and time that the city would be destroyed. The B-29’s would show up right on time. Of course, Lemay did give a crap about what happened to the civilians.
