The way to eat brussel sprouts is you roast em in the oven.
Cut em 1/2
Olive oil
Garlic
(Rosemary if desired)
When they come out they have a nice nutty taste. You’ll never believe you’re eating brussel sprouts.

Marinated some tuna steaks the other night.......then cooked them a couple days later.
Seared at full heat in a pan...with canola oil...for 2 minutes on the first side..and 1 1/2 or near 2 on the flip side.
To die for..!!

We learned this in Ag school decades ago. Plants produce poisons in response to bugs. They also produce fire retardants in response to fire. At the time nobody had done a study to find out the effects on people.
