That was kinda my question. Did they have to explain to the young lad what sexual misconduct is, or did they just go straight to the signing away of rights...

A 5 yr old is not legally able to sign anything. Damn, I hate to say it but they need to sue. These people are unreasonable so suing makes complete sense to me.
