90% of the police make the others look bad. Coppers are out of control and act often as if on steroids. This “chief” should be fired. His whining is tiresome.
10% is being quite generous as I believe there's not 10 officers in the USA with an ounce of integrity or respect for the Rule of Law...and it's restraints.
That's why we must focus our efforts on discovering who they are and where they live.
Any fear we citizens feel, they and their families must feel 10X
