I would do two things immediately. Go back in time and marry Virginia Clinton Kelley, and raise Bill as a conservative Republican.
I would next go back and introduce Frank Marshall Davis to a nice young woman that ISN'T Stanley Ann Dunham. Then we'd know for sure.
