Of course I know that emergency responders participate in drills. I’d be more concerned if they didn’t.

The drills, though, aren’t typically conducted on holidays (when cops have plenty to do already) nor do they require confidentiality agreements. While I’m not by any means sold on a ‘false flag’, those two points do raise questions for me.

FWIW, a drill conducted on a holiday would allow access to areas that would otherwise be occupied by businesses, shoppers, etc. Greater realism is a big advantage in such training.

Some questions are just too stupid to be taken seriously. I’m sure you’ll get to the bottom of this deep, evil conspiracy where Houston police and ems employees assist in the killing of the citizens they are sworn to protect.
