Read the comments under the article. Apparently the group is a bunch of lawless derelicts who steal and, last year, crashed a wedding to steal food. The media loves to portray these types of people as “free spirits” but they are dirty and resort to crime to get what they want.
“Free” to them means “I don’t have to pay.”
So it is the Occupy crowd with less clothing.
