I remember game 7 between Lakers and Celtics when the
AC was broken at the Garden. Nobody whined about having
cramps. Robert Parish weighed 11 pounds lighter after the
game. That’s alot of sweat.
I’ve seen winning drivers in NASCAR who have been unable to stand and go directly to stretchers after races. Ricky Rudd actually needed skin grafts from the burns he got from the seat.
Things are considerably better now but still hot in the cars.
