The younger Rodger apparently telegraphed his intentions. The day before the rampage, he released a YouTube video entitled "Retribution," in which he rants about women who ignored or rejected him over the past eight years, "since I hit puberty." The obvious solution is to castrate all boys as soon as they hit puberty, right?
