I assume you read comments#124, #133 and #135.
While I'm very familiar with the M-16 and know the difference in ballistics of the NATO 5.56 and the lesser powered .223; the M-16, AR-15 is designed to wound and not to kill.
I do NOT like it, but for weight and firepower for small-to-medium game, it's hard to beat; but as a man killer, I'll pass.
