I’ve been following the graphene stories for a number of years. The more I read, the more I get the feeling it could change our future more than any material ever discovered or invented - by several orders of magnitude.
I’d still like to see a graphene based “capacitor as battery”. Or a graphene ribbon supporting a space elevator. And how about a man powered aircraft with single layer graphene skin?
Graphene sounds like a promising technology.

Thank you for posting this article and for the ping. My hubby is the director of engineering and quality at a printed wiring board
manufacturing facility. I sent him a link to this post because it is possible that graphene could make circuit boards a lot sturdier,
which would make them compatible with uses that are a lot rougher than just sitting in a radio or TV until they die of boredom.
