Looks like they changed it to whether FL should have a helmet law. I voted ‘no’ which made it 100% against. I’m the sole vote :)
I guess they didn’t like the results of the lower tuition for illegal aliens poll.
Meantime, there should not be a helmet law. Any idiot who rides a motorcycle without a helmet will get what he deserves.

I would never get on a motorcycle, driving or riding, without protective gear.
