I wonder how much algae is in that reservoir? I’d be more concerned about the poisons produced by that.

Still it is a really silly move to keep treated water in an open lake.

According to the article they have five open reserviors for holding the treated water. They
are in the process of building underground/closed storage to comply with the Federal Regs.

It isn’t treated yet in the reservoir, it goes from the res to the treatment plant.
