I liked the movie but agree with the critics. It had a pretty far left wing point of view.
If the movie came out while Bush was still president it would be obvious. The fact that Obama is president confuses things, because movies don’t criticize Obama.
I have no doubt that in the Marvel/Captain America movie universe Bush is still president so the government is still evil.

They had the kill list and the out of control government. A lot of personal responsibility type stuff.
