Dads seem to have the edge in this area. Mine loved peanut butter, mayo, and banana sandwiches.
Ugh. I remember that. I think it was popularized by Elvis Presley. Peanut butter and banana sandwiches I like. Mayo and banana, slimy, flavors don’t sit well together to me. PBM is just disgusting.
My uncles (being farm boys) loved Grandma’s chicken gravy. They ate it on everything. The one thing I couldn’t get over was that they ate it on sliced tomatoes and chocolate cake.
