The BATFE has spoken. 7N6 surplus ammo is now officially banned from future import.
In the official letter posted April 7th on the BATFE website, were told that on March 5th of 2014 the Customs and Border Protection Agency (CBP) submitted a request for a formal evaluation of 7N6 ammo by the BATFE. This request was intended to force a ruling on the eligibility of the ammo to be imported. Apparently the Customs and Border Protection Agency has nothing better to do with its time than working to ban the import of affordable practice ammo
but I digress.

Preppers’ PING!!
You can bet somebody following Obama's instructions ordered this agency to take this action.
I had no idea what that was until I read the article. It reminds me of the 80s when “cop killer bullets” were the big push by the media.
It got so bad that the NRA began supporting the ban. I am not kidding, all our supposed friends fell all over themselves to support banning cop killer bullets. The NRA considered it a victory in that it did not ban all ammo.
Someone in the US has begun making a pistol version of the AK74, so this ‘steel core’ ammo cannot be used in a pistol thus it must be banned. Banned I tell ya! ... Remember those evil cop killer booolits? Well, this is a armor plate penetrator, according to fedzilla.
You type faster than my old fingers ...
I must have just read it earlier. My fingers are all full of arthritis and recently parts of them have become both numb and painful. I didn’t think that was possible.
No they didn't. In fact the anti gunners vociferously attacked the NRA as wanting cops to die for opposing it.
No different from their effort to bulk buy ammo to starve the citizens.
The finger next to the pinky on my right hand (tennis racket hand for too many years) is going numb from the tip back tot he first knuckle. I think I have an alien implant ... devilish little thing that.
The NRA did most certainly support the ban of certain bullets. I remember it well.
Of course the media still attacked the NRA because they didn’t support banning all fmj bullets.
The bullets which caused the stir and which the NRA went along with banning was the teflon coated ones. I have forgotten the company’s name but it turned out that there had never been a cop killed by one of those bullets penetrating his vest.
They don’t want teflon coated bullets.
They don’t want steel core bullets.
They don’t want lead bullets.
They don’t want fragmenting bullets.
They don’t want hollow point bullets.
I’m starting to see a pattern here...
That is exactly what is happening to my index finger on my right hand. I used to play a lot of tennis but I don’t think that had anything to do with it. I can touch it with the other hand and it feels like a dead man’s finger.
Oddly if I apply pressure using that hand, for instance opening a 2 liter coke bottle, it will start hurting and keep doing so for 30 minutes or so. After it has started hurting, even pushing on a mouse will hurt.
I have developed arthritis in my fingers as well. I find that drinking a glass a day of black cherry juice seems to help.
Cetyl Myristoleate cures arthritis. Used it myself. ‘Nuf said. You can get it online from Natrol.
I will have to try that, that is if I can find black cherry juice.
Thanks!
Practice.
Practice.
Practice.
Headshot.
I hope yer smarter than that, Kart...if ya ain’t got yer gear together NOW, yer too late.
