Obama would pardon him right away,so why bother.
Because it forces Obama’s hand, exposes him even further as the corrupt tyrant he is, and will drive his already horrific poll numbers even lower.
But most important, because sitting on your hands and doing nothing is not the thing to do.
We do it because we are a nation of laws and not of men. Justice.
