What man would choose a physically disabled woman?

Pretty much. Works the same way with women in the same circumstances. Reality is often cold and indifferent to people.

pretty certain that is an extreme minority situation.

even so, today’s world has many opportunities for everyone, given the time and effort. for the handicapped, depending on the situation, the Internet allows people to publish works from their home that can cover the bills. creating apps. writing stories. making videos. publishing artwork. it’s all at available.

creation is the key

Very few are inherently incapable of earning their way and enough to support a family. It’s usually a matter of will.

I recall a guy (patient my then gf was caring for) who was absolutely bedridden yet managed to run an ... er ... unlicensed pharmesutical distribution operation from his bed. My job requires no physical capability beyond interacting with a computer; just thinking can be profitable. Most anyone can be useful to society if they choose to; ours is very supportive of the disabled.

Cold hard reality is that it’s hard to survive when one can’t work and the other is preoccupied with offspring. If one of you two can’t earn enough to support a family, and the other can’t care for kids, don’t get into a situation likely to make one.
