Savage mentioned bilberry (a relative of blueberry) as being used for vision, and mentioned in a past show that it was used by british bomber pilots during WWII for night raids. I mentioned this to a knowledgable doctor who said that the use of bilberry was a cover story the british military floated to conceal their discovery and use of radar from the nazis.

The same physician mentioned above had patients with concentration camp tattoo serial numbers on the forearms.
