Really? Does it really matter how old he was? My brother died of esophageal cancer at 43 with an 11 year old daughter left fatherless. Life is precious. It looks like this man loved his daughter beyond measure.
She had 11 years to learn from this loving man...that's so much more than many girls have today. God bless him and her.

My good friend is 45...she has a boy 7...and two others under 16.
She loves them and cares for them....as only a mom can do.
Life is precious. Agreed.
Life and death are givens.
