Just now I noticed a flurry of activity at the bird bath saucers..and that unmistakable drop from the sky look of Cedar Waxwings..It’s been weeks since the earlier flock came and stayed for 4 days...and they stripped my youpon tree and the ravine berries. I refllled the water... I imagine they will move on to search for food for their journey. I love having them visit!
Thanking God for His beautiful birds.

I Saw a Small Flock of Cedar Waxwings Several Weeks Ago, Drawn Here by the Berries of Some Shrubs Nearby, and they were So Beautiful! The Mockingbirds were Trying to Keep them from Eating "their" Berries, Lol, but the Waxwings Outnumbered them Greatly. Another Beautiful Bird I See Very Rarely is the Painted Bunting; Wish they were Visible More Often.
