lol My wife is an NP, and after that scene, I asked her if someone could realistically do that, and she said it could absolutely be done, especially if the person doing the biting had a good set of teeth. The person on the receiving end would surely die if that artery is torn in such a way(near instant dizziness/disorientation>black out>death)

Also, since you're a medical person, I've been dying to ask this. Isn't there a sort of sickness people would get of they did only eat human flesh? I recall an episode of Revolution (I think) where a couple used a trap door at their front porch to capture any people "visiting" them and they ended up butchering, cooking and eating them. They had an insanity that one of the characters said was because of eating human flesh. Any truth to that or was it just TV made up stuff?
I read that Mad Cow Disease and another like disease, Kuru, can affect people that eat human brain tissue, but I'm just wondering if the cannibals in TWD Terminus community may be growing insane because of eating humans and will factor into the show?
