I still remember Northridge in 94 - the ground was shaking so hard I feared everything would come crashing down. It could be felt a good hour away from the epicenter in Long Beach, California.

Twenty years later brings back memories.

There’s two earthquakes that I’ll admit scared me, and Northridge at 6.7 was one of them. The other was Sylmar, 6.6.

The Northridge quake scared one of my neighbors so much she sold her house and moved to Nevada.

Every time I feel a quake no matter the size it always brings me back to Northridge, Im on the Westside and I felt that one BAD..every time we have a quake I always wonder when the shaking starts if its going to stop or continue like Northridge did, it felt like it was never going to stop
