Of course not. The only reason I suggest both parties be tested is to shut the cops up. I'm willing to bet a good number of these out of control cops are abusing steroids. Either that or the departments are going out of their way to hire people with severe mental disorders.

There are studies suggesting that people that want to be cops usually have control and power issues. A high percentage of cops are also wife beaters.
