They found a way to generate a business that did not have to bow down to state authorities and their regulations. The bureaucracy could not let that happen.

I don't believe that even barbers or beauty shop operators should be licensed by gov. if they have crappy service, they won't be i n business long anyway. Just another money grab by the states.
