Yep, good point.
Although, to be fair, it might just be that the Sheriff’s office was required to submit all materials that have been revised in response to the order imposed on them to make their policies warm and cushy to criminals that just happen to be visiting Arizona in an unauthorized way from other countries.
So, perhaps no espionage was needed at all. Maybe it was just somebody serving under the federal courts or the DOJ that actually took the time to carefully rifle through all materials submitted in order to scrape up any and all possible vestiges of words and attitudes secretly motivated by Joe’s evil racist mania.
As you know, Joe is indeed prejudiced agains a particular race, . . . that is, so long as “illegal” somehow counts as a particular race.
