To: I cannot think of a name

I had to upgrade to 8.1 after my XP desktip died hard after many years of daily service.

Opened the case and the heat sink on the cpu was almost as big as a power supply itself.

For about $350 bought an ASUS T100 small tablet/laptop w/Windows 8.1 plugged in a monitor and keyboard in a docking arrangement and am impressed with the little bugger. Now I am mobile and can work from a McDonald’s but also can work on the desktop.

Love my little T100 too. Tried using the micro HDMI port to hook it up to my HDTV to watch a movie on iTunes over the weekend and it worked like a charm. Now I know that I can hook it up to a monitor and with a USB/bluetooth keyboard I’ll basically have something that functions like a full desktop computer if I ever needed one. The battery life is amazing too!
