“They threw me in the alley, when up comes this girl from France...”
Quite literally a dumb@$$ move...
Lookin’ like a fool...
“Bailiff, whack his pee pee.”
LOL! I’ll show this judge I ain’t no fool....OOPS, sorry about that judge but sorrier about the 10 days.
This is funny, they refer to him as a man when dropping his pants to the judge, but you know if he had been shot he would be referred to as a teen>/i>.
Reading the article suggests this lad has never taken a trip to the woodshed OR, very possibly, has never been in a disciplinary situation before.
Bad enough he had to be told to ‘pull his pants up’ more than once while standing in front of the judge, but to drop them while walking away is definitely insolence.
At least he wasn’t going Commando, of course he may have put himself up for some ridicule by having the Judge say ‘it wasn’t a big thing’.
Also, his lawyer had to tell him to apologize...
What emboldens a 19-year-old to act in such a disrespectful way in a courtroom? When I was that age, I'd be sweating bullets if I was called into court as a defendant.
I bet he came from a home where the parents didn't believe in corporal punishment - or maybe he just had the one parent who was a doormat.
My two sons are in their 20s and they know better. They also know that I would disown them if they ever acted in such a way.
They also know how to wear a belt to keep their pants up. What is with this fashion of wearing pants that are two sizes too big? Do they really think that looks good on them? And what about the girls? Would they consider having a boyfriend who dressed this way?
If some of these low-riders survive long enough to become very elderly, they will be the old guys that refuse to wear suspenders or belts, or even use velco, and as a consequence will be a high percentage of the annual incident Critical Senior Fall Syndrome.
Sounds similiar to a story I heard while in the Navy.
A sailor who was going in front of the Captain for disciplinary reasons removed his Petty Officer Third Class (PO3) insignia (crow) from his uniform and sewed Seaman stripes on, then tacked the crow on top. When the Captain awarded him “reduction in rate” the sailor ripped off the crow. The Captain said, “That’s very good.....let’s see you do it again!!”
