first off..

i believe in the constitution AS WRITTEN..

with that in mind...

with a co2 leak in my home, the only person being endagered is myself..

do the government authorities have the right to remove me from my home...

the constitution says NO....

as a matter of fact, every single argument you bring up has a simple question...

does the constitution grant this right to the federal government..

because if this right is not granted to the feds EXCLUSIVELY in the constitution, then that right is reserved by the states and the people respectively (read and understand the constitution, and this will become crystal clear)..

wanna know my bitch, and why i will no longer align with the republican party???

just ask the people you are arguing with if the feds have a right to infringe upon the people the powers they were not granted with...

this includes..

EPA
DEA
IRS
HSA
and a host of many others....

and while you are at it, please tell me where in the constitution the feds can:

tell you what you can smoke..
tell you what you can marry..
tell you what you can have sex with..
tell you what you can drink..
tell you what you can eat..
tell you what kind of firearm you can possess (this is a trick question, and I know the answer, but this is another discussion)..

regardless of what you think of or believe of the proceeding questions, one thought remains clear..

when did personal thoughts, beliefs or standards become the law of the land???

libs can propose laws that rob you of your rights..
