So I take it that you believe her when she says that because she had earbuds in her ear that she didn't hear????

How about when the officer grabbed her arm and she turned around and pulled her arm away from him??? Did her earbuds make her blind as well???

What more can we blame on those earbuds -- they certainly didn't affect her vocal cords.
