Is it really against the law not to carry identification on your person at all times? I never carry an ID while out running. that's my question!!! how is this against the law? i.d. is not even required to vote...

Don’t know where you reside but Photo ID is required to vote in Texas.
Her problem wasn’t an ID but failure to give her name to the police until
after she was placed into the patrol car.
