To: House Atreides

Normally would side with police against a citizen who does not obey a lawful instruction.

However, it would have been far better police form th bring the cruiser out in front of the building in the open instead of carrying the lady jogger into the alley.

I will defer judgement until all the facts are in.

One point is, why would anyone jog in a crowded area where police are known to ticket jaywalkers?

This is a block or so off the UT campus. Apparently there have been complaints from area
businesses/citizens. One article I read indicated the police have been targeting the area
to try and enforce compliance with rules of the road from drivers/bicyclist/pedestrians .
