This was a well planned attack and not the actions of some random nut. My only question is why did they only use high powered rifles? Wouldn’t some type of explosive be more effective? Imagine the havoc if they had been armed with RPGs.
Maybe some transformer company or union electrical workers decided they needed some extra cash.

I don't know about you, but I don't play anywhere near substations lest they reach out and touch me. May we be more vigilant in regard to those who would physically harm our infrastructure than we have been with those who would redefine our Constitution.
