You can be sure, it’s ALWAYS about money, but...

I’d say a radio host makes a great bulk of money on advertising voice-over work and not necessarily on the base show they host/perform. I haven’t listened to the Pittsburgh affiliate since the morning of the 18th, deleting it from my iHeart list (I am a Florida resident and always streamed their show).

I am interested, does anyone know if the same advertisers switched voice-over talent for their ads on 104.7? Or are the Quinn & (or) Rose ads still being played in their original format? I am talking about advertisers like the plastic surgeon (Dr. Pautler?), the Dentist Dr. Voller or the - spelling warning - Vactronics.

Or did these companies pull their ads from 104.7 completely?

At least Dr. Voller (sp?) was also advertised locally by Glenn Beck, but I'm not sure I've heard the commercials recently. I still listen to 104.7 for Beck, Rush and Hannity, and Glen Meakem very occasionally on the weekend.
