To be fair, we do not know if that was the arrangement, maybe hitlery got her turn first, maybe was one of them ménage à trois. They do seem to get along very nicely in public.
If it was a ménage a trois then it would be the first and only confirmed instance of Bill and the mother of Web Hubbell’s daughter having a sexual encounter ... with each other.
So I’d call BS on that scenario.
