Well, we all know that the guy will nail just about every woman who has a pulse. It’s not that all those women were unattractive, just that they happened to be right there and available.
As to women going for him ... The guy was a major player in Dem politics and then President. There are certain classes of women who find that sort of thing (power, money, status, access) attractive. I mean, I find guys like Hugh Heffner and Donald Trump to be physically unattractive (if not repugnant), and look at who they get to go to bed with.
I agree, I think it was Henry Kissinger who said, “Power is the greatest of all aphrodisiacs”.
As Maureen Dowd put it, "Guys always reach for the jelly donut closest to them on the tray."
