It was the cr*p that Guede left in the toilet that solved the crime.

Knox said that she saw it but just left it there.

It’s a good thing she didn’t flush it otherwise they may have never traced the murder to Guede.

You continue to say that, no matter the truth is presented.

The police traced the murder to Guede because of the bloody fingerprint on the pillow. Guede had previously given his fingerprints to the police when applying for an Italian residency card.

The police didn't have Guede's DNA and could not trace the murder to Guede from DNA found at the site.

In fact, as we've discussed, DNA Sample 25, the toilet paper, had Guede's DNA on it. DNA Sample 26, the feces, did not have Gude's DNA. Feces are not a common source of DNA according to the expert's discussion on the DNA Samples.

No I'm not --

Anyway, the report you posted was made by defense witnesses.

Nope -- those are the conclusions of the C & V report.

Other experts who testified disagreed with C & V.

Were those experts appointed by the court independent of either side or were they lackeys lying for the prosecution.

C & V were appointed by the court -- they were independent of either side.

You made this statement earlier:

That’s not what Conti and Vecchiotti concluded, though. They agreed that the DNA on the knife matched the victim’s.

Prove that statement from the C & V report ... I'm waiting.

My sincere and heartfelt apology, Uncle Chip.

Have you seen this?

Why do you assume that there are lackeys lying for the prosecution but not for the defense?

According to what I’m reading, when questioned in court, C & V could not deny that the DNA was a match. I cannot locate the transcript in English. Maybe you can.

By the way, did you know that, in New York, LCN testing was ruled as admissible by the court:

So... tell me, what is your theory about what happened? You seem to believe that Guede acted alone. Yet, his footprints (very faint, according to what I’ve read) went right out the door. Who do you suppose tried to clean the place?

So then your statement was a prefabrication -- Right???

Why do you assume that there are lackeys lying for the prosecution but not for the defense?

Because you're one of those lackeys and you're lying right here.

So, I’m a “lackey” because my opinion is different from yours? And, no, other websites, such as the one I’ve linked in above posts, talk about the testimony of C & V and how they did not dispute that the DNA matched.

You still haven’t answered my question: What exactly do you believe happened that night? That Guede acted alone? If so, who cleaned up after him?

Is Post #359 the conclusion of the C & V Report regarding the knife which includes this part:

“we do not accept the conclusions regarding the certain attribution of the profile found on trace B (blade of knife) to the victim Meredith Susanna Cara Kercher, since the genetic profile, as obtained, appears unreliable insofar as it is not supported by scientifically validated analysis.”

Yes or No???

No. C&V are not saying the DNA is not a match for the victim. Rather, they are questioning the scientific methods used and suggesting that contamination is a possibility.

Here are C&V's testimonies in English:

http://www.injusticeinperugia.org/2011-07-25_Eng.pdf

The translation is difficult to understand, but the websites below talk more about their testimonies:

"there was nothing but a perfect match for Meredith that even Carla Vecchiotti and Stefano Conti could not deny in court." Source

Conti and Vecchotti agree with the opinion of the chief police scientist, Patrizia Stefanoni, that Knox’s DNA was present on the handle of the knife and they don’t dispute the match between the DNA found on the blade and that of the victim. But they raise clear concerns that the DNA profile observed in relation to the blade could have been the result of contamination. Source

That the profile found on the knife recovered from Sollecito's apartment is a match to Meredith was never in question. The experts for both sides stipulated to the fact that those two profiles match. Conti and Vecchiotti ... eventually admit that the DNA profile recovered from the knife is a match to Meredith Kercher. Their criticism with respect to the knife DNA is that they feel Stefanoni ought not to have tested it at all, but since it was tested and a profile obtained this result should nevertheless be excluded because the small size of the sample precluded dividing it first for two separate amplifications. Specifically there is a minor objection that the lack of genetic material did not allow for repeated testing and a more significant objection that because the quantity of DNA was so small it might have arrived on the knife by some innocent means. Source

Now, please answer the question I've asked a few times: What do you believe happened? If Guede acted alone, who cleaned up after him?

Okay, I don’t check my mail promptly but seriously, “bleeding heart”, Manson, Mumia? If this did happen in the US I would probably have a different view, maybe. However it didn’t, it happened in Italy. I guess the bottom line is that US citizens should be aware that they have no constitutional rights once they leave the country.

I almost got thrown in Mexican jail because I had a spent 9mm shell in my ashtray while driving around in Mexico, things got very dicey for a while. I bribed the local Barney Fife $300 and ran for the border. He actually took a check and I cancelled it the next day when I got back to the USA.

I’ve never returned.

Just say’n........
