Ihave been taking LARGE doses of fish oil and feel good when I do.
Go buy some and try it.
Don’t take one per day- take 5 at once until the bottle is gone. I have taken 10 in a day once when I felt like i did not have enough.
If you take magnesium with it, the magnesium does not give you the hershey-squirts as much too.
