All the War on Drugs has done is to establish a self-perpetuating destruction of the US Constitution, encouraged by foolish "conservatives". It's been going on for 90 years, and more stupid people are stoned than ever.
I am speaking about the distorted perceptions caused by the dope, not the condition of stupid which caused the dope to be used in the first place.
