Do these houses have heat, toilets, running hot and cold water, the usual kitchen appliances, Internet and phone connections, and maybe air conditioning?
I’m sure you have to add all of that...but it’s a cheap structure for the end user and can become an attractive space with the influx of that most important building material...cash.
These houses have everything. We have somebody around here who is building them, and they’re really nice, comfy spaces. Better than a lot of “regular” houses.
