Many years ago, when I worked in a small and very Conservative town in Ga someone thought they liven things up a little and opened a topless bar. It was a huge scandal and members of the local churches would hang out in the parking lot to see who would go in. They would also report the patrons to the HR departments of the major employers in the area. Back then most managers, supervisors and leads had to sign personal conduct clauses, a DUI could get you fired... I don’t think the topless bar lasted 3 months.....

A similar place tried to start up in a county adjacent to me. But it kept getting mysteriously torched. It barely lasted a few weeks, as I recall. No other such business has tried to plant itself in the county ever since.

Vigilanteism works. And it has a long established history in America.
