What about saying “issues” instead of “problems”? That bugs me.

That's good too! Another of mine is referring to contacting to someone by "Reaching Out". In my day, we would make a call, send an email, etc. "Reaching Out" was usually lumped in with "A cry for help" or some other psycho-babble.

Last year I was "forced" to spend all of my work hours with people in their early 20's. The boys just babbled on and on. The girls were less talkative.

One of the girls, suggested that if they were going to keep chripping, they should go outside. The boys had no idea what she was talking about.
