God only know what you are talking about, but he is not talking.
I have never been smug and I do not fell superior to anyone, other then Obots, but yes, I am happy not to be in the USSA now, and I do help those who are interested in international living.
Medicare? I had to look it up. I have no use for it. I have my own Philippine medical insurance here. For me and my family it cost us about $100 per year.
Remember, I did not leave America...America left me.
